For our customers residing in Belgium, we aim to have your order delivered within 1-2 working days. If you are located within the European Union, our target is to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. If you reside in the United States, our goal is to have your order delivered within 1-5 working days. Absolutely! You can coordinate with one of our jewelry experts to determine a convenient time for you to pick up your order from our Antwerp studio. Feel free to reach out to us, and we will provide you with the specific date for your collection.

You have the option to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery to your designated address. To begin the return process, please get in touch with our knowledgeable jewelry experts using the provided contact information. They will coordinate a collection for the items you wish to return. If you’re interested in exchanging your order, our jewelry experts can guide you through the process. Should you prefer a refund, we will process it back to your original payment method.

PACKAGING & GIFTING

Your item will be carefully placed in a David Gotlib wooden box, which also contains a separate smaller box for your cufflinks, a certificate of authenticity, and care instructions for the piece. As part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste, your order will be shipped in an eco-friendly carton box without any plastic fillings.

Absolutely! You can leave a personal message in the notes section during the checkout process, and we will ensure it is included with your order on a David Gotlib card.
